Decision making skills and Problem solving skills, a one-day program, introduces decision making process for making effective decisions using evaluation criteria that determine the option that offers the best value. Each stage of the decision-making process is discussed and tools to aid in decision-making are introduced. In small teams, Participants practice making consensus decisions.
Problem solving skills provides techniques to systematically solve problems and make decisions in the workplace. Participants will learn a process for problem solving that will help prevent problems from recurring.
The program enhances problem solving and decision making skills resulting in increased performance of employees. Participants will learn the value of using problem solving techniques to identify and solve problems. They also will be able to identify the root cause of a problem and generate possible solutions to fix the problem.
